I saw garbage warrior two days ago and it's all I've been thinking about. I can't sleep. I've been interested in this kind of living for years. It's difficult to find like minded people who show more than just a passive interest in learning about this kind of architecture and living. I want to be involved. I've been a commercial carpenter, local 247, for the last twelve years. I worked as a roofer for six years. I worked for a company that fabricated interior and exterior moldings out of gypsum and fiberglass for casinos and malls for four years. After all of this experience I am left feeling unfulfilled. I always had this thought in the back of my head that there is a better way. Michael Reynolds has forged a path and inspired me. What can I do to help? - stan
I have spent the past 16 years building completely off-grid, autonomous homes called Earthships. I have built my own Earthship which took eight years to complete. I have worked on over 50 different Earthship projects in the US, Jamaica, Mexico, Belgium, Scotland, Spain, England and France. My dream: I want to help build and live in an Earthship city some day...
